September 2026 Job description We are expanding our group offer and are looking for an engaged pedagogical specialist with a 90-100% workload. Our daycare center offers family-complementary day care in 2 groups for children from 8 months until entering kindergarten. An appreciative interaction with one another, as well as an inviting and pedagogically well-structured daily routine, are very important to us. The most important tasks include: Bearing responsibility for the care and well-being of the children Supporting the children in their linguistic, motor, and cognitive development, strengthening their independence and promoting their social integration into the group. Designing a versatile and flexible group daily routine Planning and implementing pedagogical offers Conducting introductory interviews and accompanying acclimatization processes Maintaining continuous contact with the parents In your daily work, you will be supported by a warm team.
