These are the tasks you can look forward to

• You support our mandate leaders in supporting corporate customers in insurance and pension matters.
• You independently process customer requests as well as benefit and administrative cases in the area of personal insurance and occupational pension scheme (BVG).
• You support our customers in the areas of BVG, daily sickness allowance insurance (KTG), accident insurance (UVG) as well as other personal insurances
• support the team with general insurance matters in the corporate customer business with your knowledge in the areas of property and liability insurance.
• You coordinate communication with insurers, pension funds and other external partners.
• You create offers, correspondence and insurance documents, maintain customer data and ensure high data quality.
• You support the team with administrative and organizational tasks and contribute to efficient processes.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance industry.
• Professional experience in the area of personal insurance / occupational pension scheme (BVG) and/or property and liability insurance.
• Successfully completed VBV intermediary exam or comparable further training is an advantage.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing. English skills at level B1/B2 are an advantage; any further language is welcome.
• Independent, structured and exact way of working.
• High service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills.
• Reliable, resilient and team-oriented personality with a networked way of thinking.
