What you can achieve
Independent management of the legal department as well as advising the management on legal issues.
Processing of objections, complaints, and representation in proceedings before cantonal courts and the Federal Supreme Court.
Legal support for specialist departments and customers, as well as training employees in legal and data protection topics.
Responsibility as Data Protection Officer and ensuring legal compliance, especially in the area of data protection.
You appreciate challenges and are also happy to take on additional tasks such as in controlling if required and matching your strengths.
What you bring
Completed law studies (Master of Law) with 2 to 5 years of professional experience, specialization in social insurance law an advantage.
Experience in contract review and legal advice.
You master oral and written communication in German and can formulate eloquently; ideally, you also have knowledge of French and Italian.
Independent, precise, and responsible way of working with strong communication skills.
Teamplay is more than just a word to you and you are accustomed to result-oriented work.

In addition to the legal department, our area also includes the specialist fields of ICT, HR, Central Services, Event Organization, Quality Management, as well as Internal Audit.
