Chef Fine Dining with a workload of 80%
Job Description

• You cook multi-course menus, exclusively fresh products are used, daily changing menus in the high-end class
• You contribute your own creativity
• Approximately 8-25 meals are created per day for a demanding clientele
• Additionally, food is produced for banquets and caterings
• You are the holiday replacement for the cooking managing director, supporting the organization and implementation of the offering concept and goods calculation during absences
• Cleaning the kitchen and washing up

It is a small kitchen team of 2 people, which means everyone does everything and commitment is required

Desired Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a chef, joy in sophisticated cooking
• Experience in high-end gastronomy required
• Experience in catering is an advantage
• Organized, independent and responsible
• Well-groomed and friendly appearance
• Confident German language skills
• Resilient and motivated
