Your tasks ##

• You lead the Property Management Solutions, Digital Tenant Services, and Business Solutions & AI teams functionally and personally
• You are responsible for the application and product landscape of the business area and continuously develop its roadmaps and value contributions
• You work closely with the specialist departments and manage demand management, prioritization, as well as the realization of business benefit
• You drive customer-centric digital services and productive AI use cases with measurable added value
• You promote user-centered solution development according to the principles of User-Centered Design and ensure a high User Experience
• You ensure quality, security, and compliance within the responsible business solutions
• You manage SaaS and vendor relationships, are responsible for licenses and costs, and specifically reduce dependencies on individual providers
• You work closely with Technology & Enabling Services and use common platforms, data, and services to implement integrated solutions

Your profile ##

• You have a university degree in business, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of leadership and practical experience in application and product management and successfully develop teams further
• You have strategically built up and further developed complex product and application landscapes, ideally in the environment of real estate or business software
• You combine strong leadership skills with a high degree of implementation and change competence
• You have sound experience in developing user-centric digital solutions and create convincing user experiences
• You bring a broad understanding of ERP systems, digital platforms, apps, and AI-supported solutions
• You convince through customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and a professional and collaborative appearance
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are enthusiastic about new technologies and innovations
