Consultant Real Estate (m/f/d)

Tasks You advise customers from conception to the implementation of innovative solutions in the field of real estate management based on the software Planon incl. integration into SAP. You record customer requirements (in discussions and in workshops with the specialist department), create studies and concepts, verify projects for their feasibility (Proof of Concept), advise regarding technological innovations and optimization possibilities and realize convincing solutions in close coordination with the CC SAP. In cross-functional project teams, you undertake project management, sub-project management or project member activities in transformation projects. Strategic co-design, familiarization with new technologies and products as well as acquisition activities if required are also part of your diverse tasks. Requirements Degree in business administration or business informatics (Uni/FH), a real estate fiduciary diploma or a comparable qualification. Professional and project experience as a consultant (internal or external) and extensive technical experience with the software Planon. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Enjoyment of consulting activities and openness towards new technologies. Willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland and very good communication skills in German (oral and written). Languages very good communication skills in German (oral and written).
