Head of Note Processing East (80%-100%) The Processing organizational unit (OE) is responsible for the secure and efficient quality inspection of banknotes and coins. Within the Processing OE, incoming notes are inspected for quantity and quality using state-of-the-art equipment in note processing. Your tasks * Responsibility for the Note Processing East management unit (approx. 6 employees); * Ensuring operational operations in compliance with all quality and security standards as well as readiness for occasional assignments in daily business; * Participation in internal and external working groups and (partial) projects; * Further development of the management unit regarding security, quality and efficiency. Your profile * completed basic training with further education in business administration; * specialist and (initial) management experience in industry/production, as well as an affinity for topics such as change management, cash, logistics and technology; * SAP knowledge is an advantage; * high social competencies; structured, analytical way of working and high sense of responsibility as well as self-organized working; * recipient- or level-appropriate communication in German or French with a good understanding of the other national language as well as business fluent English skills.
