As Project Manager Digital Ecosystem, you connect customer needs, business, and technology.

Tasks ##

• In the Digital Ecosystem, you continuously develop the interplay between our digital offerings and touchpoints, such as ewz.ch (based on Adobe Experience Manager) and the customer portal «Mein ewz», with the connected backend systems.
• You identify and prioritize relevant challenges and analyze customer needs, business processes, data flows, interfaces, as well as technical dependencies.
• From the identified challenges, you develop larger projects and translate functional as well as customer-side requirements into viable solutions throughout the entire process.
• You ensure that frontends, interfaces, and backend systems work together meaningfully, and you coordinate implementation with specialist departments, Product Management, Product Owners, UX and UI, enterprise architecture, development, and system administrators.
• During implementation, you keep an eye on deadlines, budget, quality, and risks, coordinate the functional tests, and verify the achieved impact based on data and feedback.

Profile ##

• A higher education or further education in business informatics, informatics, digitalization, business administration, or a comparable field forms your professional basis.
• You bring experience in managing digital projects as well as in the analysis and conception of end-to-end processes and technically integrated solutions.
• You are well-versed in interfaces, APIs, data flows, and system integrations and bring experience in connecting web platforms or customer portals to backend systems.
• You understand complex functional and technical contexts, can formulate requirements clearly, and bring different interests together into implementable solutions.
• An independent, structured, and impact-oriented way of working, very good German skills, and enjoyment in getting involved both conceptually and operationally characterize you.
