Subledger Clerk

To strengthen our team at the Zürich location, we are looking for a Subledger Clerk (DE/FR) immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will support our financial processes and be in close exchange with internal and external contact persons. Motivated career changers with a strong flair for numbers are very welcome. French at level C2 or equivalent is mandatory.

What you can achieve with us.

• Preparation and execution of supplier payments
• Processing of supplier invoices
• Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Intercompany reconciliations within the EQUANS Group
• Management of debt collection files
• Execution of customer reminders
• Recording of bank and cash transactions
• Creation and updating of master data
• Processing of internal and external requests by telephone and in writing
• Support for administrative tasks related to finance and accounting

What defines you.

Language skills

• Business fluent French skills C1/C2 (mandatory)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Other languages are an advantage

Professional experience

• Initial professional experience in a commercial, administrative, or service-oriented function is an advantage
• Experience in finance or accounting is welcome

IT skills

• Good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Education

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable training

• Comfort with numbers and analytical mindset
• Structured, autonomous, and reliable way of working
• Strong customer orientation and sense of service
• Excellent communication skills and ease in exchanges with different interlocutors
