Your tasks IT Support First point of contact for all IT inquiries from our employees Support of Windows and macOS workstations, mobile devices and peripherals Training and support of employees for Microsoft 365 and Business Central Systems & Infrastructure Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) Management of user accounts and permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID Monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (server, network, backup) Preparation, configuration and rollout of new devices Projects & Digitalization Participation in the further development of our system landscape (PIM, DAM, Business Central, Shopify) Support with system migrations and rollouts, also across locations Evaluation and introduction of AI tools with practical benefit for the company Your profile Training in the field of informatics or comparable qualification Several years of experience in IT support and/or system administration Very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, Business Central) Experience with networks, end devices and IT security concepts Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working High service orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people Interest in digitalization, automation and AI Very good German skills as well as good English skills We offer A varied role with a wide area of responsibility Modern technologies and exciting projects Short decision-making paths and a lot of personal responsibility A motivated team and an open corporate culture Attractive employment conditions and flexible working models We look forward to applicants who want to actively shape the digital future of EXPED and share our enthusiasm for nature and quality.
