GenAI Consultant (m/f/d)

Tasks Your Role For the further expansion of our consulting team, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality with proven experience in the field of Generative AI. In this function, maximum technical specialization is not the primary focus. Rather, what is decisive is your ability to communicate complex technological topics in an understandable way, to advise customers competently, and to develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions together with them. Your tasks You move confidently at the interface between business, technology, and organization and accompany customers from the first idea to the successful implementation of GenAI use cases. Advising customers in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of GenAI use cases Analysis of business requirements and translation into actionable technological solution concepts Conducting and moderating customer workshops, presentations, and decision-making meetings Development of GenAI roadmaps, target images, and concrete implementation proposals Accompanying Proofs of Concept, pilot projects, and productive implementations Collaboration with technical specialists, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other specialist departments Supporting customers with organizational, methodical, and technological questions Active co-design and further development of our GenAI consulting offering Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Around three to seven years of relevant professional experience, for example as a Professional, Consultant, or Senior Consultant Professionally proven experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, or comparable AI technologies Ideally experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or a customer-oriented consulting function. Very good consulting competence as well as a convincing and professional appearance towards customers Ability to communicate technological facts in an understandable, structured, and target-group-oriented manner. Good understanding of economic contexts, business processes, and customer needs. Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and independent way of working. Strong teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and personal development potential. Experience from the private sector is an advantage.
