Within the Commercial business unit, the Mobility & Services department ensures the best connectivity and accessibility of the airport and a positive customer experience across all mobility offerings.

As the Team Leader of the Central Parking & Access (ZPZ), you lead and develop a motivated team and ensure the smooth operation of mobility, logistics, and access solutions. The focus is on the 24/7 operation of a modern operations center that is important for airport operations.

Your job destination

• Functional and personnel leadership of 16 employees
• Ensuring high service quality across all customer contact channels of the ZPZ; responsibility for the operational management of daily business and guaranteeing smooth operational processes of the Central Parking & Access (ZPZ) during 24/7
• Participation in operational shift work (24/7) with a workload component of approx. 40%
• Reliable personnel deployment planning and forward-looking resource planning to guarantee stable operation of the ZPZ
• Creation and review of process documentation in connection with the customer interactions to be carried out by ZPZ employees (on-site, intercom, telephone, and e-mail) as well as operational tasks (control and maintenance work and support at 1st level)
• Responsibility for compliance with processes, guidelines, and quality standards within the ZPZ
• Implementation of suitable measures for the continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency

Your skills in your luggage

• Completed basic training with further training in leadership, hospitality, facility management, or a comparable field
• Several years of leadership experience with pronounced leadership competencies
• Motivating and assertive leadership personality, with organizational talent and excellent communication skills as well as high customer and team orientation
• Experience in personnel planning and the management of an operational business, preferably with 24/7 operation
• Very good German skills and good English skills (C1 level)
