For the strategic and operational management of a significant real estate investment product of Swiss Prime Site Solutions, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytically strong, and convincing personality as Chief Investment Officer. In this key role, you bear overall responsibility for the product strategy, portfolio development, value generation, as well as the sustainable performance, growth, and stability of the product. You combine real estate expertise with capital market understanding, leadership, and high implementation strength.

Your responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the product, investment, portfolio, and property strategy of the real estate investment product
• Management of sustainable return, risk, and value development as well as ensuring growth and stability
• Development and implementation of the transaction strategy with acquisitions and divestments
• Leadership and controlling of the responsible teams, especially Portfolio Management and Transactions
• Responsibility for business planning, annual budget, valuations, property inventory, market rents, and ten-year planning
• Optimization of property performance as well as active management of vacancies, expiring lease agreements, debtors, and legal cases
• Further development of the product and implementation of the sustainability strategy
• Preparation and representation of investment decisions and applications in the responsible committees
• Responsibility for regulatory and investor-oriented reporting, especially annual and quarterly reports
• Support of capital market transactions and issuances in close cooperation with Investor Relations
• Preparation of analyses and documents for client meetings as well as active client care with Client Relationship Management
• Observation of market, capital market, and regulatory trends as well as derivation of concrete strategic measures

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in real estate Investment Management, Portfolio Management, or Asset Management
• Proven track record in the management of larger real estate portfolios and complex investment decisions
• Very good understanding of the Swiss real estate market as well as institutional and regulated investment solutions
• Sound knowledge in valuation, financing, transactions, portfolio strategy, and performance management
• Experience in dealing with investors, boards of directors, investment committees, and other demanding stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial thinking, clear judgment, and strong result orientation
• Convincing leadership personality with high integrity, reliability, and communication strength
• University degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• Very good German skills. French skills are an advantage
