Your new role: Product Owner Solutions Personnalisées #### VSHN offers products for platforms (Kubernetes and managed servers), automation and abstraction layers to run services on top of this platform - AppCat to run databases and other services. Through a customized sales process, requirement engineering and solution design, we build and operate customized solutions based on standardized platform products and managed services, solution building blocks or custom-designed components. You will be Product Owner in a Scrum-type workflow for 2-3 solution teams and work closely with the POs of 2-3 product teams. Your mission is to ensure the prioritization of the backlog for the solution teams by balancing project work, maintenance and improvement, as well as customer support and changes - while balancing the team's capacity between this plannable work and the daily operational work of incident and support request management. Additionally, you will oversee and drive the continuous improvement of customer project processes at VSHN. Summary of responsibilities • Own and drive a successful customer project business process across teams and roles involved at VSHN • Prioritization of the backlog, stakeholder management and sprint planning as a member of 2-3 technical solution teams • Be the business owner, representing the strategy and business objectives within the teams • Ensure capacity balance between product work, customer work and daily unplanned operational work • Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment of offers with real customer and market needs • Drive the resolution of major blockers for teams, customers and projects • Ensure tracking, analysis and measurement of business objectives This position is for you if #### You have • A commercial background in IT, preferably in a managed service provider and/or in customer project business • Solid experience as a Product Owner (Scrum) ensuring sprint planning, stakeholder management, task refinement and participating in retrospectives to foster improvement • A concise and clear communication style • A natural and inclusive leadership style • Professional mastery of German and English • Practical experience in developing and/or operating web applications and backend services on Linux or in containers, ideally on Kubernetes.
