What your workday looks like...

• Brand ambassador for the 25hours Hotels as well as Mama Shelter
• Building and maintaining personal customer contacts and business partners
• Main contact person for all corporate customers and Key Account Managers on the side of ACCOR
• New customer acquisition, contract negotiations and maintenance of existing customers for the segments Corporates, MICE and Groups
• Leading the Sales department with two employees
• Preparation of the sales budget and annual plan and implementation of actions
• Continuous market monitoring and analysis
• Representation of the hotels at trade fairs, sales events and networking events
• Conducting property tours and fam trips as well as organization and implementation of sales calls domestically and abroad
• Conceptualization, planning & implementation of extraordinary customer events
• Preparation of offers for potential corporate customers
• Developing strategies and measures to increase company success in consultation with Marketing Manager, Events Manager, Revenue Department and General Manager
• Contact person for local cooperations in the area of sales
• Continuous maintenance of customer files and rate loading in the systems
• Role model function for all employees in the entire hotel (e.g. uniforms, behavior, etc.)
• Knowing the 25hours Essentials and behaving accordingly

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You have already worked in a hotel of comparable size and have not only gained promising experience in the sales department there, but have also already taken on responsibility as a member of the management
• You speak fluent German and English, other languages are an advantage
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept, are a passionate creative mind and yet know what it means to process administrative work cleanly and reliably
• Ideally, you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera
• You are a doer – and openly admit if you have ever done something wrong
• You bring not only your skills but also your character

In Zürich we offer you three exciting workplaces: the 25hours Hotel Zürich West, the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse and as of the end of July 2025 the first Mama Shelter Hotel directly near the Oerlikon station.
