Your tasks: Organizing, controlling, coordinating Your portfolio in best hands: You are responsible for the commercial management of your residential and commercial portfolio, from terminations and move-outs to re-letting. In doing so, you maintain an overview and ensure professional care of your properties. Contract management and documentation with clarity: You check rental agreements and also independently draft contracts with special provisions.
