Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) is the largest cantonal bank and second largest universal bank in Switzerland. The goal: to offer a convincing customer experience both personally and digitally.
This is precisely where the Client Channels area starts. The focus is on central digital and physical touchpoints between ZKB and its customers, which combine needs with technology, processes, user experience, security and operations. These include, among others, eBanking, Mobile Banking as well as digital opening, onboarding and lifecycle processes.

Within Client Channels, strategic topics surrounding digital customer interfaces are concretized and prepared for implementation. A special focus is placed on the security of eBanking and Mobile Banking. New fraud patterns, technological developments and changed customer needs require continuous new solutions that ensure security without unnecessarily affecting the digital customer experience.

For the targeted expansion of this subject area, we are looking for you as Senior Business Analyst Digital Banking Security.

Your challenge

• Strategic further development of security topics surrounding eBanking and Mobile Banking, taking into account regulatory and internal security requirements
• Translation of market, customer and bank needs into concrete security initiatives and roadmaps
• Management of complex security projects as well as coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
• Analysis of existing security processes and identification of risks and optimization possibilities
• Close sparring with the eChannel security specialist department, IT architecture, security, UX/UI, legal and other specialists
• Observation of technological developments and digital threats as well as derivation of concrete initiatives

Your qualities and talents

• Education in computer science (HF/FH/ University) or several years of relevant professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience with digital channels as well as security topics surrounding eBanking, Mobile Banking or comparable digital customer portals
• Good understanding of digital security architectures and processes as well as regulatory requirements (DSGVO, PSD2)
• Experience in managing complex projects and in dealing with technical specialists and management stakeholders
• Strategic and analytical way of thinking, initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Fluent German skills at least at C1 level
