Consultant / Lean Transformer (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for and develop projects independently – from initiation to successful completion.
• You are in close contact with our customers and are an ambassador for our philosophy.
• You transform and develop high-performance teams and inspire your environment for Lean Thinking within construction projects.
• You continuously expand your knowledge and develop step by step into an expert in your field.
• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, project management, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study.
• At least two years of professional experience in construction industry projects, ideally with a connection to Lean Construction.
• Passion for continuous improvement and efficient processes – always with a focus on maximum customer benefit.
• You think solution-oriented, address conflicts openly and actively contribute to the further development of your environment.
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
• Very strong presentation and moderation skills, analytical thinking, team spirit and openness to new things characterize you.
• Independent, professional way of working as well as high willingness to travel within the DACH region (2-3 days / week).
