Job description ## • You actively support the Boutique Director in the operational and strategic management of the boutique • You develop and maintain a strong local network and position the boutique as an indispensable reference in the region • You build long-term relationships with our local and international clientele and ensure continuously high customer loyalty • You create a first-class customer experience, characterized by personal consultation, service excellence, and profound knowledge of our brand as well as the technical peculiarities of our timepieces • You promote a distinct clienteling culture: proactive customer approach, maintenance of the customer portfolio, targeted outreach activities, and organization of VIP experiences • You motivate, accompany, and develop the sales team to ensure a high-performance and inspiring team culture • As an ambassador of our brand, you behave exemplarily at all times and contribute to the positive aura of the boutique Profile ## • Several years of professional experience in the luxury segment, ideally in the watch or jewelry industry. • Extroverted, open, and communicative personality with a distinct talent for networking and relationship building, especially in the local environment. • High flexibility regarding working hours and days (incl. Saturdays). Required skills ## • Excellent sales skills and an intuitive sense for the needs of demanding customers. • Polished, representative appearance as well as a high awareness of quality and service. Languages ## • Very good German and English skills; any additional language (especially French) is a plus.
