In this versatile role, you will support and advise existing customers and key accounts in the Italian market and specifically expand the customer network. You will analyze technical customer requirements, develop suitable application technology solutions, and support your customers with demanding questions regarding industrial manufacturing processes. In doing so, you will accompany customer projects from the inquiry to successful implementation, conduct technical consultations and training, and support the introduction of new products and technologies. Furthermore, you will identify new market potentials, specifically acquire new customers, and represent the company at customer visits, trade fairs, and industry events. In your activity, you will work closely with the internal sales department as well as the development and quality management departments.

For this position, you have a completed technical education or a degree, for example in the fields of mechanical engineering, production technology, or a comparable specialization. Ideally, you already have experience in technical sales or in application technology of an industrial company. Knowledge of grinding technology and industrial manufacturing processes is an advantage. In addition to a strong technical understanding, you convince through your customer-oriented, independent, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as enjoyment of personal customer contact and sales. For the support of the Italian market, you have very good Italian and English skills as well as a high willingness to travel within Italy. German skills are an advantage.
