We are looking for a positively minded personality as an experienced, responsible, and conscientious Head of Financial Accounting ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Management of the financial accounting in cooperation with a small team • Overall responsibility for the main, subsidiary, and real estate accounting • Preparation of the annual financial statements according to OR as well as periodic closings • Support in liquidity planning • Ensuring the correct settlement of HNK settlements • Analysis and optimization of existing workflows as well as the development of efficient and transparent processes • Further development of the financial processes and systems used • Implementation, maintenance, and further development of the internal control system (IKS) • Central contact person for auditing, banks, authorities, and internal stakeholders Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial basic training with further training to the federal professional diploma in finance and accounting or expert in accounting and controlling • Several years of experience in managing a financial accounting department, ideally in a real estate environment • Very good knowledge of accounting according to OR as well as closing reliability • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working • Enjoyment of responsibility, process design, and continuous improvement • Experience in dealing with ERP systems, Abacus is an advantage • Native German language Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a collegial and interesting environment with attractive employment conditions.
