Work location: Zürich Workload: 100% Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Department: Facility Services Management Your tasks * You have responsibility for one or more large customers who have activities throughout Switzerland * You are the first point of contact for the customer on site and the communication interface between the customer and operations * You excite and inspire our customers with your personal commitment, your innovative ideas and thus develop our customer relationship professionally * You lead customer meetings based on reportings / evaluations and ensure that the FM organization is aligned with the agreed mandate goals * You share responsibility for the preparation of all budgets in the account (P&L responsibility), support the tracking of ongoing costs and ensure a steady expansion of the service portfolio * You bear responsibility for the implementation of occupational safety in all activities on site Your profile * Completed Bachelor's degree (at least BSc or similar) * Several years of professional experience in the relevant service areas and several years of professional experience in a comparable position * Very good German skills and English skills in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage * Leadership experience is required * Very good PC skills (Office suite, ticketing tool) * You possess a high willingness to learn with a quick grasp of matters as well as flexibility * You are a team player with a high willingness to provide service and customer orientation * You maintain an independent and efficient way of working, quality-conscious, are solution-oriented and think ahead * Flawless reputation About us At Vebego AG, more than 6,000 employees make our customers' lives easier every day and ensure that their buildings always remain in top form.
