• You operate and monitor technical systems and ensure smooth operation.
• During control and inspection rounds, you check technical systems as well as the managed objects.
• You recognize deficiencies early, document them, and initiate the necessary measures for rectification.
• You plan and coordinate inspections and maintenance work independently. Object, system, and operating documentation are created, maintained, and continuously updated by you. You analyze malfunctions systematically and carry out the necessary initial interventions.
• You obtain quotes from external service providers and accompany the execution of the commissioned work.
• You have completed vocational training in a technical field, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or building technology.
• You already have professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in a demanding customer environment.
• You are highly familiar with technical systems and their operation.
• Using common MS Office applications is easy for you.
