Bazaar Employee 60% In this function, you are co-responsible for the competent advice of our customers regarding our sustainable and partly specially produced bazaar assortment. In cooperation with the owner, you accompany the design of the bazaar assortment, carry out purchases independently, and handle inventory management. Furthermore, the maintenance of supplier relationships, pricing and calculations, as well as attractive product presentation are among your tasks. Managing our webshop, cash handling, and accounting round off the field of activity. You ensure a high understanding of service and convey a culture of cordiality in dealing with the team and the customers. We are looking for a representative and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance and several years of experience in retail. You are proficient in handling cash register systems and common Office programs, have good knowledge in handling the webshop, and are also willing to work on Saturdays. Additionally, you have good communication skills in German and English and radiate joy in sales consulting.
