Social Pedagogue or Specialist in Care in der Ey, 50 %

To strengthen our care team, we are looking for a trained specialist 50% for a middle school after-school care center (Regelschule) starting December 1, 2026. You will work during school operations on 3 days (Mon, Tue, Thu), as well as during 3 to 5 holiday care weeks.

Tasks ##

• Care of children during lunchtime and leisure activities
• Co-responsibility for the daily operations in the after-school center (pedagogy, household, general organization, administration)
• Promotion of the children's strengths and independence
• Constructive cooperation interdisciplinary and with parents
• Participation in school development

Profile ##

• Diploma Social Pedagogue or EFZ FaBe
• Professional experience in the care of children in after-school care operations is an advantage
• Positive view of people
• Pronounced sense of responsibility as well as a high capacity for self-reflection and networked thinking
• Flexibility and independence as well as high teamwork and communication skills
• Solution-oriented basic attitude and humor in daily work
• Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
