Chef de Partie 100 %Job Description

• Production of meals for lunch service, caterings, and special occasions
• Setup and dismantling of buffets and food service
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor own station
• Use material and facilities according to specifications for health and occupational safety
• Ensure cleaning of utensils, kitchen, and side rooms according to plan
• Control stock levels and deliveries

At the location, over 1000 lunch menus are cooked daily and the highest standards are met in a modern working environment.

Desired Profile

• Completed vocational training as Koch EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Experience in catering and also in cooking in large quantities
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Reliability, physical resilience, and sense of responsibility are a must
• Willingness to learn new things should be present
• Fluent German skills and good English skills are required
