CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR DIMENSIONING YOUR MAIN TASKS: Creating dimensions: You are responsible for the precise creation of dimensions, which serve as the basis for billing our projects. This is not done with block and pencil, but with state-of-the-art 3D software directly from the model or plans Developing supplementary offers: With your analytical skills, you create detailed supplementary offers to ensure that our projects always remain within the financial framework Representation and reconciliation of dimensions: You appear confidently in negotiations with construction management and clients and reconcile your dimensions independently. Submitting payment requests: You ensure that all services rendered are correctly billed and that the corresponding payment requests are submitted on time. Inflation settlements: You calculate inflation precisely and prepare the corresponding invoices for it.
