Risk Consultant Captives / ART (m/w/d) Our client is a leading, independent Swiss consulting firm for risk, insurance, and pension solutions with international connections. To strengthen the specialist team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality for the expansion of the Captives & Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) area. Your tasks • Strategic consulting: Development, implementation, and optimization of captive and ART solutions for corporate clients. • Risk analyses: Performance of quantitative analyses of risk profiles as well as identification of optimization potential. • Project management: Independent management of complex mandates in cooperation with internal specialist teams and international partners. • Business Development: Active participation in market expansion, mandate acquisition, and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships. • Digitalization: Support in the introduction and use of modern risk analytics platforms. Qualifications Your profile • Education: University degree in economics (focus on finance/insurance) or comparable qualification. • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in broking, reinsurance, or risk consulting. • Expertise: Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of Captives, Alternative Risk Transfer, and Risk Analytics. • Competencies: Strong in project management, sales, and communication at C-level. • Languages: Business fluent German and English (French is an advantage).
