• Planning, calculation and tendering of demanding electrical projects
• Preparation of preliminary projects, concepts, cost estimates and fee offers
• Examination of offers, management of supplements and support in bidding decisions
• Support of existing customers as well as participation in the acquisition of new projects

What You Bring

• Electrical engineering background with further training as a Dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte or a comparable higher professional education
• Several years of professional experience in electrical installation as well as experience in leading demanding projects
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in motivating and developing people
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills and negotiation skills
• Organizational talent, decisiveness and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications as well as ideally experience with industry software
• Driver's license category B
