Senior Project Developer for German-speaking Switzerland (80 - 100%) As an independent service provider for Swiss pension funds, we invest in real estate. Throughout Switzerland, we create spaces for living and working. Our 80 employees manage a real estate portfolio of around 16 billion and make it fit for an environmentally and climate-friendly future. To complement our Development & Construction Management team of 22 employees, we are looking for an engaged female or male colleague as a Senior Project Developer starting in spring 2027 or by arrangement. What you do with us * Creation of real estate strategies, project visions, and development concepts * Development of usage concepts, space programs, and economic feasibility calculations for new buildings and existing properties * Initiation and accompaniment of feasibility studies, competition procedures, and other planning bases * Independent management of development projects in German-speaking Switzerland * Evaluation, commissioning, and management of external partners as well as leadership of interdisciplinary project teams * Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality targets * Writing of reports, decision-making bases, and applications * Support in acquisitions with development potential as well as in winning suitable anchor tenants What you bring * University degree ETH/FH or university in architecture (or a related field) * Further training in real estate economics (e.g., CUREM, IFZ) or real estate development or spatial planning / development (ETHZ, HSLU) * Several years of activity as a project manager in real estate and area development * Experience in the planning, realization, and project management of construction projects * Sound knowledge of Swiss construction and planning law, planning and construction processes, as well as project management * Interest and openness to new things, recognition of societal trends and their opportunities for development * Design flair combined with analytical thinking * German (C2), English (B2), French is an advantage What we offer you * An appreciative, collegial working environment with a lot of trust and personal responsibility * Modern offices in Zürich (Kreis 5) and flexible working options including remote work * Attractive employment conditions and development opportunities * A team that thinks ahead together, takes responsibility, and dares new things.
