Are taxes dry? Not with us. We are a small, personal tax office in Zurich's District 2. We accompany private individuals from Switzerland and the whole world with their tax questions – uncomplicated, competent and with a lot of personal commitment. For the coming weeks, we are looking for a reliable and upbeat personality to support our team in the secretariat and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office.

Your tasks

• You coordinate appointments and maintain an overview.
• You look after our customers by telephone and via e-mail.
• You maintain our CRM and keep the customer dossiers up to date.
• You coordinate the digital reception of customer documents.
• You take care of administrative tasks.

Your profile

• Experience in the secretariat and sound administrative knowledge
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as CRM and ERP systems
• An independent, careful and well-organized way of working
• Joy in contacting people and in working in a team
• Good German and English skills (at least B2 in English)

You can expect a personal working environment in a small team with short decision-making paths and versatile tasks. You work independently, take on responsibility and support us where you are needed.
The position is designed for a workload of 100% and is initially limited until approximately 15. December 2026. Subsequent continued employment with a workload of 50% is possible. Your workplace is located at Mutschellenstrasse 46 in Zürich, directly near the Bahnhof Zürich Brunau.
