Social Pedagogue, Teacher for After-School Care Management. Kappeli Primar, 75 %

The school Kappeli Primar is a QUIMS school in Kreis 9, Quartier Grünau, with 11 kindergartens, 19 primary classes as well as four kindergarten and three primary level after-school care centers.

As of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a social pedagogue or a teacher for the primary level after-school care management (75 % distributed over four working days).

We look forward to a committed and pedagogically experienced personality who, together with our team, shapes an appreciative and child-friendly after-school care everyday life.

Tasks ##

• Leadership with an HL (UST-children/large team)
• Co-shaping the school-based care
• Interprofessional cooperation
• Parental work
• 5 weeks of cooperation in the holiday care, 8 weeks of holidays during the school holidays

Profile ##

• Pedagogical training with a degree HF or FH
• Experience in leading children's groups and team leadership
• Positive view of humanity
• Communication skills
• Resilience and flexibility
• Work experience in school-based care
