Mandate Manager in Fiduciary (80 - 100%)

Your role * You independently manage national and international client accounting from A to Z and ensure professional and timely support of your mandates * With your flair for numbers, you prepare monthly closings and provisional annual closings and ensure a high quality of financial data * You are responsible for payroll accounting including all relevant declarations for social insurance and withholding taxes * You prepare VAT returns, perform turnover reconciliations and prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons * As a competent contact person, you support our clients in fiduciary and finance-related questions and create sustainable added value through your reliable and solution-oriented way of working. Your added value * You have completed education and further training in the field of fiduciary, financial accounting, accounting or business administration and ideally possess the Federal Diploma in Fiduciary or Accounting * You bring several years of professional experience or want to successfully bring your finance and accounting know-how into the fiduciary sector * You convince through your communicative manner and appear professionally and solution-oriented both towards customers and in the team. You master German with stylistic confidence in speaking and writing, English at a business fluent level * Due to your digital understanding, you are proficient in using various IT systems such as Abacus, SAP or SAGE as well as the entire MS Office suite.
