Chief Expert Assistant Health and Social Care (CPEX AGS)

The [OdA Gesundheit Zürich](< >) and [OdA Sozialberufe Zürich](< >) are responsible, as cantonal vocational training associations in basic training and tertiary level B, for vocational training development and the promotion of young talent in their respective sectors. In addition to inter-company courses (ÜK) in basic training, we offer vocational pedagogical continuing education and professional exchanges and provide advice on educational issues. In cooperation with the authorities and the examination commission 76 of the Canton of Zurich, we carry out tasks in the qualification procedure (QV) of the basic training Assistant Health and Social Care EBA. We are looking for a Chief Expert Assistant Health and Social Care (CPEX AGS) as of 1 August 2027. Your tasks: * You bear responsibility for the implementation of the AGS qualification procedure, create or update operative QV documents and are responsible for quality assurance. * You conduct QV training and information events for examination candidates, in-company vocational trainers and AGS examination experts. * You are the contact person for QV questions for examination candidates, training companies, AGS examination experts and other offices. * You validate the examination results and process appeals according to cantonal instructions. * You perform interface functions (with other CPEX, the Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt, the examination commission 76 and the two OdA) at the national or cantonal level. * You undertake demand-dependent deputy tasks for CPEX FaGe in their absence. You bring with you: * A federal vocational qualification in the health or social sector, preferably at tertiary level (higher vocational education or university). * Further training as an examination expert and as a vocational trainer or the readiness to complete the vocational trainer course during the induction phase. * At least 5 years of professional practice, including at least 2 years as an examination expert. * Very good German skills in speaking and writing, high communication skills as well as a high sense of responsibility to maintain official secrecy. * With your reliability, analytical-solution-oriented way of thinking and organizational and leadership competence, you enjoy working with different stakeholders. * You can identify with an annual working time model (higher workload in the first half of the year).
