Junior Legal Counsel, Focus on Contract Law (Fixed-term for 2 years), 80 %

To strengthen our legal department, we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel, starting immediately or by arrangement, to support our team in the legal accompaniment of the digital transformation and the municipal IT infrastructure.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the independent creation and documentation of IT contracts.
• Additionally, you develop solutions to contract, submission, and data protection law issues in the digitalization environment.
• Furthermore, you legally accompany projects and clarify legal aspects in the field of digitalization.

Profile ##

• Completed degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.)
• 2-3 years of administrative, judicial, or equivalent experience, preferably a corresponding activity in the IT/digitalization environment, is an advantage
• Understanding and interest in political processes as well as a flair for understandable and legally sound implementation of complex issues, affinity for digitalization
• Precise, independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, resilient personality, analytical skills, networked thinking, communication strength, negotiation skills and flexibility
• Proficient oral and written communication in German and English, French language skills are an advantage
