For an interdisciplinary consulting company for client representation, construction management and construction economics in the city of Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager Project Steering / Client Representation (80-100 %) as soon as possible or by arrangement. You represent clients in demanding structural engineering, infrastructure and area development projects.

Your tasks

• Consulting and representation of the client across all SIA phases
• Proactive project steering, early recognition of risks
• Design of project-specific processes and decision-making processes
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project and specialist teams, moderation of workshops and meetings
• Development of decision-making bases and options for action
• Support of tenders, award procedures and contract conclusions

Your profile

• Background in architecture, construction management, project management or client representation
• Experience in planning or realization of construction projects
• Networked, solution-oriented thinking
• Strength in communication and moderation
• Personal responsibility, team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, interest in digital methods
