Contract Manager Building Rights, 60-100 %

For our Building Rights department, which is responsible for the management of approximately 230 long-term building rights contracts as well as the conclusion of new non-profit building rights and their extensions, we are looking for a competent personality from the real estate industry. Tasks ## • Management of a portfolio of building rights contracts for various uses (including commercial, non-profit housing, sports and cultural facilities) • Processing of projects such as extension or modification of existing contracts • Negotiation and drafting of contracts and neighbor law regulations • Contact person for building rights holders for inquiries, e.g., regarding renovation projects during the building rights period • Periodic adjustment of building rights interest rates and monitoring of contract conditions • Preparation and monitoring of the budget and financial plan for the own portfolio • Cooperation with various municipal specialist departments and our developers (cooperatives and foundations), e.g., in connection with housing promotion • Participation in consultation procedures with other offices Profile ## • Commercial training in the real estate industry, in the field of notary or law • Further education in the real estate sector (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management, Real Estate Agency or comparable) • Professional experience in the real estate industry • Joy in deepening knowledge in the specialized field of building rights • Business thinking and affinity for numbers • Proficiency in oral and written communication • Understanding of legal and political contexts as well as high level of independence in performing the diverse tasks in contract management • Proficient use of MS Office programs and preferably with the SAP system We offer ## a diverse and collegial working environment in a growing organization.
