• Advising on management buy-outs (MBO) and management buy-ins (MBI), taking into account strategic, tax, and financial structures
• Accompanying clients in the divestment of assets or subsidiaries, including emergency sales and strategic disposals
• Acting as lead legal counsel in private equity transactions, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, minority holdings, and exits
