Coordinator Temporary Staff - Main Construction Industry (m/f)

For one of our customers, we are looking for a Bau-Vorarbeiter / Bau-Polier (m/w).

Your future tasks:

• You are the central interface between the site managers and the responsible recruitment consultants.
• You receive the personnel orders from the site managers and clarify the specific personnel requirements.
• You contact the responsible recruitment consultants and contractual partners and make targeted search queries for suitable candidates.
• You ensure that the requirements and qualifications for the respective assignments are clearly defined.
• You review and coordinate the incoming candidate suggestions and coordinate them with the needs of the site managers.
• You collect feedback from the Polieren regarding the temporary employees deployed and record positive and negative peculiarities for future assignments.
• You maintain an overview of the ongoing personnel requests and ensure timely staffing.

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training in the main construction industry or commercial training and ideally bring professional experience in the main construction industry.
• You know the different professions and functions in the main construction industry.
• Ideally, you have experience in personnel scheduling or coordination.
• You work in an organized, structured, and reliable manner.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and a confident appearance.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing.
• You have good MS-Office skills.
