We are now looking for an engaged personality for our team at VZ Operations AG in Zürich, starting immediately.

What to expect from us ##

• You accompany the implementation of digital processes and/or new functions from specification to configuration and bring them to a successful conclusion.
• You are close to the specialist departments, clarify complex technical as well as specialist questions and bring structure to demanding requirements.
• You specify User Stories and ensure implementation (including acceptance and testing).
• You communicate confidently and at eye level with specialist departments and technical contact persons, understand their different requirements and create sustainable solutions for all parties involved through your mediation skills.
• You work closely with our external and internal partners.
• Depending on the topic, you take on additional responsibility in the role of Project Manager.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed studies in natural sciences, computer science, business informatics or business administration or a similar education.
• Initial professional experience in the field of digitalization or as a Business Analyst.
• Stakeholder management both internally and with external partners
• Flair/interest in technological trends and experience in agile project management and in business analysis
• A high awareness of quality, a structured way of working with clear priorities and desire for a service-oriented, dynamic environment
