For our Supply Chain Management, we are looking for a/an, starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the operative purchasing of defined product groups (including therapy material, med. consumables, household products)
• Independent execution and coordination of ordering processes, taking into account the requirements of the healthcare sector
• Active support and maintenance of supplier relationships as well as conducting supplier meetings
• Ensuring the timely delivery and quality of goods and services that meet legal and medical standards
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments to ensure optimal material supply and process workflows
• Monitoring and documentation of delivery deadlines, order quantities, and prices, while observing budget specifications

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, further training in the field of purchasing
• At least 3 years of professional experience in operative purchasing, ideally in healthcare or a similar sector
• Experience with SAP module MM
• Sound knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes
• Very good negotiation skills and strong communication skills
• Organizational talent and a high degree of initiative, as well as the ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
