Your field of activity

• From project development to construction handover, you are holistically responsible for demanding GU/TU projects and are the central contact person for our customers
• As the person with overall responsibility, you lead the project team and manage the cooperation with clients, planners, specialists, authorities, and companies
• You are responsible for quality, costs, deadlines, and economic efficiency and ensure project success with regular cost reporting and proactive schedule planning
• You conduct negotiations, create and manage contracts and supplements, and ensure correct and timely invoicing
• With your holistic view, you optimize planning and execution, develop economical proposed solutions, and create optimal framework conditions for successful project implementation

Your foundation

• You have completed vocational training in structural engineering with corresponding further training or a degree and bring several years of experience in managing demanding projects in a TU/GU company
• You convince with high technical, social, and leadership competence and know how to lead your project team confidently, motivate, and lead by example
• You are proficient in using Office 365 and MS Project and ideally bring knowledge of Messerli and REALVIEW
• With your entrepreneurial thinking, your assertiveness, and your solution-oriented way of working, you maintain an overview even with complex projects
