We advise employees, managers and personnel services on psychosocial issues, with the aim of promoting the well-being and performance of employees. We are looking for a strong-leadership and entrepreneurial-minded personality as Chief Executive Officer, CEO Work locations are mainly Zürich and Olten, as well as other locations of Movis. YOUR MISSION As a strong leadership personality, you provide the management and the employees with clear orientation. You create an environment in which talents can develop and fully contribute their potential. Towards stakeholders, you act as a convincing ambassador of the company and are committed to the goals of Movis. You strengthen the competitiveness of Movis, achieve growth goals and guarantee high-quality customer and client care. In close cooperation with the Board of Directors, you develop the corporate strategy and ensure its consistent operational implementation. In doing so, you lay the foundation for the sustainable further development of Movis. You ensure prudent risk management as well as effective Corporate Governance. YOUR PROFILE You bring many years of successful experience in the management of larger organizational units and/or of a company as well as sound business administration education and training. Your proven expertise in leadership, finance, sales and organization qualifies you for the company management and enables you to implement the corporate strategy in a targeted manner. You analyze status reports, risk analyses and key figures precisely, derive effective measures from them and make comprehensible decisions. Your experience in Human Resources, as well as in occupational health management, gives you deep insights into the market and its challenges.
