In Zürich, we offer you two exciting places to work: the 25hours Hotel Zürich West and Langstrasse. Both hotels tell their own story - just like our colleagues. Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, one bar - varied possibilities for organizing parties and events in the establishment. You ensure that all event rooms are booked and that every event runs smoothly.

Job Description

What your workday looks like ...

You take care of our event guests - hand in hand with your team, from morning to evening

You coordinate events with all internal departments and ensure that everyone has the necessary information

You are responsible for all group requests from 8 rooms

You prepare offers, contracts and invoices

You enter reservations into the system, create room lists and organize everything for a perfect check-in and stay

You meet clients on-site and complement this with telephone communications

You make suggestions in the interest of the company in order to achieve optimal occupancy

You keep your calm - even when all the rooms of the establishment are sold and the phones are ringing non-stop

Qualifications

Your personality matters more than your CV...

You have professional experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality

You are an open and communicative person who is not afraid to assert yourself when necessary

You like working with people and inspiring them

You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and love discovering new concepts

You bring not only your skills but also your personality

You speak German and English fluently
