To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement Architect / Project Manager (m/f) We supervise all phases of a construction project: design, planning, and execution of new buildings and conversions. From the concept to construction management, we realize innovative and sustainable structures. Integral thinking and efficient project management form the basis for us for the implementation of architectural ideas. Our projects include: Project planning and realization of residential and commercial buildings of all sizes Real estate management from project development to sale and administration Requirements: sound education with an academic degree interest in detail and execution planning, CAD knowledge (Archicad an advantage) Very good German skills independence, flexibility, resilience and sensitivity good communicative competence team spirit enthusiasm min. 5 years of professional experience Start of work by arrangement.
