Then now is your chance! ### Tasks • Active cooperation as a host personality in service • Assumption of various administrative tasks such as daily reconciliations, correspondence, ordering systems, and time management • Responsibility for the entire operational processes in the absence of the management • Support in the leadership, training, and deployment planning of the team as well as promoting a motivating working atmosphere • Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures • Professional management of reservations and guest feedback • Compliance with and monitoring of operational hygiene and quality standards Requirements • Several years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality, ideally in a leadership position • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Confident, service-oriented appearance and enjoyment of guest contact • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, even in hectic situations • Knowledge of shift planning, billing systems, and hygiene standards is an advantage • German language skills at least B2 level in speaking and writing, other languages are a plus What we offer Your contact person Nina Berlinecke, Human Resources
