Tasks You actively shape our AI market solutions: You further develop the strategic direction of our AI offerings and specifically contribute your expertise to product development and positioning You make AI usable for the public good: You develop solutions that create real societal added value You bring AI into implementation: You support administrations and organizations in implementing AI projects strategically, legally secure, and impact-oriented You connect people, technology and impact: You translate complex technologies into understandable solutions, moderate between stakeholders and set impulses for sustainable innovation You demonstrate external impact: You represent our AI competence externally, give presentations at events and customer occasions and write specialist articles with external impact Requirements Strategic thinking & implementation competence: You bring experience in consulting or digital innovation and can embed AI projects into existing strategies as well as set priorities in a comprehensible manner. You also bring concrete implementation experience in AI projects and know the common pitfalls and how to skillfully avoid them Technology understanding & project practice: You have sound knowledge of common generative AI technologies as well as classic Machine Learning topics and can realistically assess their potentials and limits. Entrepreneurial thinking & analytical skills: You feel just as at home in financial key figures, market analyses and customer journeys as in prompt engineering sessions Teamwork: You enjoy working in a team, exchange ideas with experts from various disciplines and actively contribute to knowledge exchange. Ideally, you already have experience in the environment of public administration Experience: University or university of applied sciences degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or a comparable education as well as several years of professional experience in this area Languages: You speak fluent German (C1) and bring very good English skills Additionally, you bring several years of and practical experience in the following topics: Python and corresponding Data Science and GenAI libraries (Pandas, SciKitLearn, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Langchain, etc.) Use and provision of locally operated LLMs and Machine Learning models, including tuning and optimization of the runtime Implementation of RAG Use Cases with vector or graph databases on large amounts of data. Optimization of data pipelines for use case specific data extraction, chunking and embedding. Implementation of classic Machine Learning Use Cases such as classification, regression or NLP Languages German C1 and very good English skills
