YOUR TASKS

• Supporting supervisors in personnel management as well as organization of the department, taking into account quality standards and economic principles
• Ensuring patient-oriented care and nursing as well as implementation of measures for patient safety
• Assisting with instrumentation and assisting during operations
• Compliance with and monitoring of the rules of asepsis and hygiene
• Ensuring complete and professional surgical documentation and service recording

YOUR PROFILE

• Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/AKP, Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann FA Operationspflege (NDS) or Dipl. techn.Operationsfachfrau/-mann HF
• Significant track record of performance in interdisciplinary surgical nursing as well as proven leadership experience
• High social and communication competence as well as a strong-willed personality
• High customer orientation in a private practitioner system
• German at native level, any further national language is an advantage
