Tasks ###

• Management and successful implementation of software implementation and migration projects in the educational environment
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality, customer satisfaction, and economic project success
• Advising and supporting schools, school administrations, and other public institutions in the introduction of modern software solutions
• Recording, analysis, and specification of customer requirements as well as creation of concepts and implementation scenarios
• Planning and execution of data migrations as well as parameterization and configuration of the software solution
• Conducting tests as well as ensuring smooth commissioning
• Training of users and administrators
• Controlling and coordination of various stakeholder groups on the customer and company side
• Professional handling of demanding project situations as well as transparent communication regarding changes, delays, or new requirements
• Close cooperation with application managers and technical specialists on more complex technical issues

Profile ###

• Experience in managing software or IT projects
• Technical background, ideally in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable environment
• Enjoyment in not only managing projects but also helping to shape them operationally and technically
• Experience in areas such as data migration, software implementation, customizing, testing, or process analysis
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Strong customer orientation as well as confident appearance in demanding customer situations
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
• Knowledge of the Swiss education system or public administration is an advantage
• Alternatively, interest and understanding of school organizations, school administrations, and their processes
• Very good German skills as well as understanding of Swiss German
