Learn more about UZH as an employer! ### Tasks The tasks include the basic animal care of the dogs, including the daily care / activity of the dogs, the cleaning / maintenance of the kennel and garden facilities, and, if required, support in the training of the animals and ongoing experiments, including detailed logging work. This unusual position seeks just such a person who would like to develop themselves in a pioneering operation and contribute to the team. A driver's license and a private car must be mandatorily available, as the dog keeping is not reachable with public transport. The station is located in the catchment area of Zurich Airport / Winterthur in the Canton of Zurich. Profile • Completed training as Animal Caretaker EFZ or FBA is preferred. • Physical fitness and resilience • Reliability and ability to work in a team • Flexibility to support a small team, as well as a careful way of working. • Readiness for irregular working hours (mandatory weekend shifts). • Good communication and documentation skills. • Ideally experience in dealing with various animal species and animal training
